Terms of Service
By placing an order with Lumio you agree to the terms below.
1. Products & prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We do our best to display products and prices correctly; obvious errors may be corrected.
2. Orders
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or errors.
3. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed after payment is received.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative (see our Shipping Policy). Exceeding them gives no right to compensation, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
5. Withdrawal & returns
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies (see our Refund Policy).
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
