How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10–20 days. We ship directly from our suppliers to keep prices low, so it takes a little longer than a local warehouse — but you pay a lot less. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free on all orders over €50. Smaller orders have a small flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link. You can follow it every step until it arrives.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days to return an item for a refund. See our Refund Policy for the details. If anything arrives damaged, message us and we'll make it right.
Are the lamps safe to leave on?
Yes. Our lights are low-power LED and USB-powered, designed to stay cool. Models with water (like the Flame diffuser) switch off automatically when the water runs out.
Do they come with a remote or app?
It depends on the product — most projectors include a remote, and the Halo and smart lights are app-controlled. Check the "Why you'll love it" list on each product page.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
