Right of withdrawal & returns
We want you to love your Lumio purchase. Not happy? You can use your statutory right of withdrawal.
- Cooling-off period: you have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason (in line with EU consumer law).
- Sending it back: after notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Condition: products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return costs: the cost of returning is [TBD: at the customer's expense / at our expense].
- Refund: we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), via the same payment method.
Damaged or wrong product?
Did your product arrive damaged or is something not right? Email us within 48 hours via the contact page with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out for you, free of charge.
You'll receive the return address and exact instructions from us after you register your return.
