Shipping & delivery times
At Lumio we work with selected suppliers to keep our products affordable. This means delivery can take a little longer than you're used to from a local shop — we're transparent about that.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery time: typically 10 to 20 business days after processing, depending on the product and your location.
- Shipping costs: shown at checkout. [TBD: confirm whether you offer free shipping above a threshold.]
- Tracking: as soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. No worries — it's all on its way.
Delays?
